Illicit Control of ACK (ISKCON Spain) Properties This is to report a conspiracy between five individuals to transfer properties from the Association for Krishna Consciousness (ACK) to a Foundation called Abhay, circumventing the controls and statutes of the ACK. These individuals, led by Jiva tattva dasa (Jose Luis Garzón), Yadunandana Swami (Javier Pera López) and Prema (Francisca Planas) with their 2/3 vote and therefore exclusive power in the Foundation (see attached screenshots), have already transferred some properties such as Mother Earth in Ávila and the Krsna Cuisine restaurant in Alicante, and are seeking to transfer the rest, granting themselves disproportionate powers in the Abhay Foundation.
