...we must not be humble when interacting with shameless, pretentious falsehoods, corrupt and astute tramps, demons..., no matter how they are dressed, what position they have, who they believe or how they present themselves. .!!! "The mahājanas (the great spiritual authorities) have advised that humility should not be made evident before anyone. To express humility before an atheist who has envy of śrī guru and of the vaiṣṇavas, before a demonic person like Rāvaṇa or before a pretencious brāhmaṇa, is not vaiṣṇava-sevā, nor is it tṛṇād api suncatā. If a person does that, he can never attain the ability to perform krtana, nor can he develop the taste for singing holy names.
