On May 3, 1973, during a morning walk in Los Angeles - “...who is malicious, is guilty, but whoever tolerates malicious activity, is also guilty. If you are malicious, you are a criminal. But if you tolerate malicious activities, that is also a crime....” And in the Sri-Caitanya-caritam (CC) Madhya-lila 5.90, “A person who knows things as they are and yet does not testify engages in sinful activities.”
