Abhay Foundation and ISKCON Spain Concentration of Control and Interest Conflict The patronage of the Abhay Foundation is formed only by members of ISKCON Spain: Javier Pera (Yadunandana), J.L. Garzón (Jivatattva) and Jansen (Bhaktigauravani). All the money and assets of the foundation come from ISKCON Spain. This creates a conflict of interest, because the control of the assets goes from the assembly of ISKCON Spain (where many people who have worked for years participate) to a much smaller group: the patronage of the Foundation. Thus, transparency and participation are lost. The real reason for this change is to avoid democratic control of the assembly and concentrate power on a few. This is considered unfair management or even unlawful appropriation. Morally
