The process of realizing God's love is the process of understanding the heart's own relationship with the Supreme Personality of God, Krishna. This understanding is not merely intellectual, but is carried out through devotional service (bhakti), which is the highest form of spiritual practice. Bhakti is the natural inclination of the soul to serve the Supreme, and it is through this material service that one reaches the ultimate goal of life: the pure love of Krishna. Krishna is the original source of all living beings and of all cosmic manifestation.
