The Delhi High Court rejects Lokanath Swami’s petition The Delhi High Court rejected Lokanath Swami’s request for a court order against Sarah Jones, Damodar Das and Meta (Facebook). 🔸 The court highlighted that the defendants’ publications remain online and that no new materials have been published after 10 August 2024. 🔸 The court also stated that freedom of expression cannot be easily restricted, especially on issues that are already in the public sphere. 🔸 This decision is considered a victory for activists who continue to raise issues of abuse and cover-up of violence within ISKCON’s GBC.
