They don’t have to ask anyone, “Am I advanced in Kṛṣṇa consciousness? Will they give me a certificate?” You can get your certificate yourself, when you no longer have any desire to have sexual life. That’s all, it’s not that you have become powerless. If necessary, you can give birth to hundreds of children, but you don’t like it. That’s the certificate. And as long as we have that material desire, Kṛṣṇa will be so gracious that it will give them the chance to be born again. (Prabhupada SB 1.8.25 Vṛndāvana, October 5, 1974)
