According to Dr. Iñaki Piñuel: Pure Psychopaths: 2-3% of the population (more than 1 million people in Spain) Integrated/Normalized Psychopaths: 10-13% of the population (between 4 and 5 million people in Spain) This includes narcissists, trepas, machiavelics and evil men. In power positions (directors, politicians): the percentage rises to 13%. Piñuel warns that these integrated psychopaths do not have a face of evil as in movies; they are people of completely normal appearance but with total absence of consciousness and empathy.
