Sleep, a topic that comes to mind and is important for everyone. Before the electric light, the biphasic sleep was practiced. Getting close at night and waking up at 2-3 in the morning, performing activities for a couple of hours and going back to bed until dawn or a little later. We have to go to bed at 9-10pm and get up at 4am or less, but some devotees got up earlier. The truth is that it is not a matter of "monastery" schedule. It is healthier to go to bed at night and get up after 6-7 hours. If you go to bed at 7-8pm, 6-7 hours are met at 2-3 in the morning. The essential thing is to go to bed very early.
