In verse 7.11 he says: dharmāviruddho bhūteṣu kāmo 'smi — "I am the sexual life that does not go against religious principles." Prabhupada clarifies that "the sexual life according to religious principles should be to spread good children and not for anything else." Sex within marriage to conceive conscious sexual children is sacred — it is Krishna itself manifesting. The problem begins when it disconnects from the dharma.
