Illicit Control of ACK (ISKCON Spain) Properties
This is to report a conspiracy between five individuals to transfer properties from the Association for Krishna Consciousness (ACK) to a Foundation called Abhay, circumventing the controls and statutes of the ACK.
These individuals, led by Jiva tattva dasa (Jose Luis Garzón), Yadunandana Swami (Javier Pera López) and Prema (Francisca Planas) with their 2/3 vote and therefore exclusive power in the Foundation (see attached screenshots), have already transferred some properties such as Madre Tierra in Ávila and the Krsna Cuisine restaurant in Alicante, and are seeking to transfer the rest, granting themselves disproportionate powers in the Abhay Foundation.
It highlights the lack of transparency and disdain for the ACK community they claim to serve.
It is argued that it is to avoid paying taxes, but the maneuver is done to hold exclusive power over the assets of the ACK, avoiding the rules of the ACK Statutes, such as the vote of the Assembly, the appointment of the President, etc.
We call for a thorough investigation by the trustee of the properties, B. Gauravani Swami (Christian Janse)n and the adoption of measures to stop this usurpation and preserve the integrity and mission of the ACK.
Attached as evidence are screenshots of the Foundation's statutes that grant unlimited powers to those involved.
